Ventura, CA – Community Leader Carmen Ramirez, former Director of Community Planning for the Central Coast Alliance United for a Sustainable Economy (CAUSE) has endorsed Marie Panec for Congress in the June 8 primary election for California’s 24th district.Announcing her endorsement, Ramirez said, "Marie Panec is a dedicated community leader with proven experience as a two term, elected member of a local school board and college professor with a strong reputation for integrity. As an attorney, Ramirez has specialized in issues such as Social Security benefits, children, unemployment insurance, Medi-Cal, housing and the rights of seniors.
